ETP’s Strategy2030 is the result of a systematic review of ETP’s activities and our role within the tea sector. The strategy recognises that we are uniquely positioned to convene the tea industry to catalyse transformational change for tea communities.

ETP’s Strategy2030 focuses on the key issues within economics, equality, and the environment. The outlined approach to addressing the key issues is:

delivering locally-led projects, often in partnership with other organisations, that seek to involve communities and ensure their voices are heard;
supporting the private sector to pioneer responsible business models; and
engaging stakeholders to support policies that positively impact people in tea.
