ETP is a non-profit company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under company number 07014678. The governance of the organisation is outlined in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Our Membership Global Rules outline our current membership criteria for ETP members. These are under review and a new set of criteria and updated Memorandum, and Articles of Association will be confirmed in 2024.
ETP is overseen by a Board of Directors comprising of representatives from its membership. Founded in 1997, ETP is a non-profit organisation and is supported by both its international members and other private and public sector donors.
