Our Environment & Climate Lead, Rachel, has extensive experience in building, managing, and delivering impactful and cross-cutting programmes to drive change, with a strong focus on climate change, environmental issues, and carbon accounting.
Across her work at ETP, Rachel takes an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to climate change strategy, recognising the fundamental relationships between the environment, economics, and equality.
Over the past 20 years Rachel has worked across a range of sectors; from environmental consultancy, and academic research, to providing climate-based policy advice to governments.
At ETP, a core focus of Rachel’s work is to understand the needs of different stakeholders, and to use this to develop partnership programmes that drive systemic change within the tea industry.
