Our Insights Lead Tiphaine’s areas of expertise are monitoring, evaluation, and learning. She plays a fundamental role in supporting our global team to demonstrate the impact of their work, across both programmatic activity and stakeholder engagement.
Tiphaine also oversees data management at ETP, supporting us to produce evidence-led insights about the sector.
Tiphaine has over nine years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, and strategy development, having held various consultant and advisory positions internationally.
Previous to ETP, Tiphaine worked at several international NGOs, supporting projects across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Tiphaine has a wealth of experience in working on projects and advocacy interventions to address inclusive governance, citizens’ participation, climate change, agricultural supply chains, economic resilience, water and sanitation, health, access to services, and justice.
