Neha, an accomplished Monitoring & Evaluation Officer within ETP’s India team, is focused on supporting our Plantation Community Empowerment Programme in Assam. She holds an M.A. in Social Work, specialised in children and families.
Neha’s expertise converges at the juncture of child rights, gender, and research, primarily using mixed-method approaches. With seven years’ experience in the development sector, Neha’s experience spans grassroots work in child and gender rights organisation.
Neha’s current role has honed her proficiency in triangulating these key themes, and she has a real appetite to expand her knowledge in the field.
