Based in Malawi, Lickson is our Programme Manager, spearheading climate change resilience initiatives for tea farmers in the country. Lickson also works on our gender equality projects in Malawi, supporting economic empowerment initiatives that put women farmers on an equal footing with men for decision-making and benefit sharing.
Lickson has a wealth of experience in managing numerous concurrent projects with adept resource allocation and people management. To date, his career has focused on roles at International Non-Governmental Organisations, spanning diverse sectors including agriculture, humanitarian response, natural resource management, and microfinance.
