Kamini has a strong background in organisation and capacity building programs, amassing 14 years of experience in community development. Kamini’s extensive work with tea communities in Assam has afforded him an in-depth understanding of their unique needs.
At ETP, he is focused on ensuring the impactful implementation of our Plantation Community Empowerment Programme in Assam, India.
With an MA from Tezpur Central University, Kamini began his development career in 2009, acquiring a diverse skill set. He has collaborated with international agencies and state-level platforms, focusing on initiatives related to farmers’ livelihoods, children’s education and rights, and Disaster Risk Reduction.
