Evangelyn, based in Sri Lanka, leads and implements ETP’s projects in the country. Dedicated to community development, she is particularly passionate about fostering inclusive and respectful environments for women – both at home and at work.
With over a decade of experience at World Vision Lanka and the Plantation Communities Project, Evangelyn has a rich background in collaborating directly with tea workers, resident communities, and tea estate management.
Evangelyn excels in understanding complex challenges on tea estates, and is expert in bringing together multi-stakeholder collaborations to drive change.
