With an academic background in finance, Bharat is passionate about fostering community development through institution formation, particularly within the agricultural sector. At ETP, Bharat supports the impactful delivery of our Plantation Community Empowerment Programme in Assam, India.
In his career Bharat has actively contributed to the establishment of entities such as Self-Help Groups, Farmer Producer Companies, and Voluntary Organisations. He is particularly skilled in cultivating partnerships with diverse stakeholders to support these institutions.
