Anjan is a versatile Programme Manager with expertise in WASH, education, and livelihood projects. He adeptly manages program implementation in India at ETP.
Anjan’s career began with a local NGO in Assam, India, where he spearheaded projects in community institution development and livelihood promotion. Advancing to a state-level position, he played a crucial role in implementing government sanitation projects. He had the opportunity to lead the ‘CHAI Project’, an initiative that brought about transformative community development in Assam’s tea estates. Prior to joining ETP, Anjan gained valuable insights with ActionAid, a prominent INGO in India.
With unwavering dedication and a diverse skill set, Anjan continues to be a driving force in progressing our Plantation Community Empowerment Programme in Assam.
